If you can't stand pineapple pizza, you probably won't like this either.  Pizza Hut in Japan has introduced a hand-held, folded pizza . . . filled with STRAWBERRY KIT-KATS.  The dough also has real strawberry pieces.

And no, it's not a fake candy pizza.  It's basically like a Hot Pocket, with strawberry Kit-Kats instead of pepperoni. So why not make it a hot pocket then??

They say the new pizza has a "specially-selected mozzarella cheese with extra richness and salt content to counterbalance the sweetness of the Kit-Kats."  The "crispy Kit-Kat wafers provide a satisfying crunch." And it's also "kneaded with real strawberry pieces," to create a "crispy pizza dough [that's] infused with a rich strawberry flavor." This wonderful monstrosity will be available in Japan for the next month.

So let's discuss....I have to ask WHY!!!! I get the whole idea of being creative with pizza but is there a point to where we say NAH - This shouldn't be. I think someone needs to get Dave Portnoy to Japan to try this and rate it. just the idea of this type of pizza doesn't even warrant a rating but let's see what Dave says.
